Gluten-free Since 2004 from a Celiac diagnosis and after my sons were also diagnosed with Celiac disease and other food allergies, I had a goal to create delicious substitutions that have great taste, great texture and healthy ingredients. Mimi's original creations and signature products are sure to exceed all of your expectations. I am a passionate baker with a commitment to helping our gluten free community!
