Gluten free Since 2004 from a Celiac diagnosis and after my sons were also diagnosed with Celiac disease and other food allergies, I had a goal to create delicious substitutions that have great taste, great texture and healthy ingredients. The expensive costs of gluten free foods gave me another goal..... affordability! Mimi's original creations and signature products are sure to exceed all of your expectations. I am a passionate baker with a commitment to helping our gluten free community!
